| Florida residents must appear in person
at any county court house with a valid photo ID such as a driver's
license or a passport. Non-residents can get their license in person
at any county court house or by mail. The marriage license can be
used anywhere in Florida and is valid for 60 days from the date it
is issued. Non-residents do not have a waiting period - they can get
married as soon as their marriage license is issued. Blood tests are
not required for anyone. If either party has been married previously,
you will need to know the date the prior marriage(s) ended. You do
NOT need to have supporting documentation such as divorce decree or
death certificate. |
The fee for the Florida marriage license,
$93.50 is a fee paid directly
to the issuing county. It is not part of my fee or part of any package. |
